FAIRMONDE™ Sustainability
Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond the realm of fashion. We're dedicated to redefining the meaning
of sustainability by constantly seeking new ways to minimize our environmental impact and conserve natural resources.
Through our innovative designs and premium materials, we offer golf apparel that not only excels in style and performance
but also prioritizes sustainability. Join us in extending the lifespan of your garments and making conscious choices to protect our planet.
MAKING MORE THAN JUST CLOTHES
Let’s get real, the word sustainability has become so overused and misrepresented, it has almost lost its true meaning. The best thing we
can do to take care of people and our planet is to simply not buy any more clothes. But because FAIRMONDE™ is in the business of making more than just clothes, we are constantly searching for new ways to improve and do better, to minimize the impact on our environment and natural
resources.
ALL WE ASK IS THAT EVERY GARMENT YOU OWN HAS A LIFE BEYOND YOUR WARDROBE.
Extend the lifespan of your golf apparel by caring for it properly with the guidelines provided in the care tag. If your apparel no longer serves you, we wholeheartedly encourage you to trade-in, donate or hand them to your nearest garment recycling program rather than throw them away.

Our Materials
OEKO-TEX®
Our STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® labelled fabric has been tested for harmful substance and undergo painstaking laboratory analyses checking for the presence/release of harmful substances, such as pesticides, heavy metals, formaldehyde, aromatic amines, allergizing colorants. It does not contain or release any harmful substances that can be hazardous to people’s health. Thus, it is safe for wearers, textile workers and the Earth at various points in the life cycle.
PEF ASSESSMENT
The first step to reduce our environmental impact is to be able to calculate it. Our fabrics undergo the PEF assessment to measure the environmental performance of our products throughout the entire life cycle. It allows our manufacturer to track and upgrade their environmental performances and production chain control system as well as managing to obtain complete product traceability.
Our Production
MAKE-TO-ORDER
Textile waste is a big challenge in the fashion industry. That’s why we do not produce our clothes in bulk quantities. We believe that producing in smaller batches gives us better control over production waste. Overproduction leads to surplus stock, which can often end up in landfills and can cause more pollution. We are working on reducing excess inventory and making our supply chain demand-driven.
SUPPLY CHAIN
We work with high-tech production partners who share the same sustainability goals as us. Our factory is highly committed to social responsibility and sustainable practices. They use state-of-the-art machinery and invest in solutions with earth-friendly technology and facilities. 70% of their energy is generated by solar power and they have also practised the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) concept for years.
REPURPOSING WASTE
We are trying to incorporate a circular economy in our business practices, and also we are in the process of developing innovative ways to recycle resources and eliminate waste. For example, fabric scraps shouldn't just be thrown away and forgotten. That’s why we are repurposing our surplus fabrics and giving them a new life by turning them into reusable pouches.
Our Packaging
FSC®
Our packaging boxes and hangtags are FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council) certified. That means all paper materials are derived from responsible forest management, harvested and produced in a socially and environmentally responsible manner. They were not created nor manufactured at the expense of our forests, or our people, animals, plants, and our planet.
PRINTING FOR THE PLANET
As an eco-conscious brand, we want to make sustainable choices in every part of our packaging, including the printing process. Our packaging boxes and hangtags are all printed with soy-based ink. Compared to traditional petroleum-based ink, soy-based printing contributes to smaller environmental impacts, which is naturally low in volatile organic compounds (VOCs), they’re renewable and can be grown and replenished indefinitely.
BIODEGRADABLE APPAREL BAG
Our protective clothing bag is made of biodegradable plastic, sourced from sustainable, non-toxic material that is safe for you and for our planet. The best way to dispose of the bag is to send them to your local waste composting facility where they’ll break down under the right conditions. If this type of composting facility isn’t available in your area, simply reuse the bag to store your other personal items.
