Creating an account on our website is simple! Just follow these steps:

1. Click on the person-shaped button located in the top right corner of the screen. This button is labeled "Account."
2. Under the "New Customer" section, you'll find a button that says "Register." Click on this button.
3. Fill in the required information on the registration form. This includes your name, email address, and a password.
4. Once you've filled in your information, click on the submission button labeled "Register".
5. Congratulations! Your account is now ready to use. You can log in anytime using the credentials you provided during registration.

Creating an account will allow you to keep an eye on your purchases. You'll be able to:

• View order history

• Track your order status and shipping

• Save your details for quicker checkout

Please make sure you’re using the same email address and password you registered your account with.

If you can't remember your password, click on the 'forgot your password?' link on the sign-in page. You'll be prompted to enter your email address, where a link will be sent for a new password creation.

If your issue isn't password-related, here are a few things you may want to check:

• Disable 'block all cookies' in your browser settings

• Enable Javascript in your browser settings

• Remove any content blockers 

Make sure that your device clock is accurate. For security reasons, if your device clock is fast, you won't be able to access your account. You can resolve this problem easily by setting the time on your device to default.

Instructions" section.

On the back inner side of the clothes: For physical items, such as clothing, you can locate the care and washing instructions on the inner side of the garment. Typically, this information is found on a label attached to the fabric

Following our care instructions will help extend the lifetime of each piece.

In general, washing your gear in cold or warm water with mild powder laundry soap (non-toxic, biodegradable types are preferred) and drying it on the line are the best ways to clean FAIRMONDE™ products. Use a laundry bag for delicate fabrics, to prevent other garments from damaging them. Avoid using fabric softener because it coats the technical fabric and inhibits its wicking capabilities. Avoid contact with oil or alcohol-based substances such as perfumes, cosmetics, hand sanitizers, which might impact the fabric and cause irremovable stains.

We're delighted to offer shipping services to all 50 states within the United States as well as internationally.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Please keep in mind that pre-order items may take a longer period to ship. Kindly allow at least 2 weeks for the item to be processed.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@fairmondegolf.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If however you are not completely happy, we accept returns for up to 14 days from the date you received your item. Please note, when returning goods:

- Your item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- Your item must be in its original packaging
- Your item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
- Exchanges/refunds are only available for items that are manufacturing defects

Your return must be sent to us within 14 days from the date you received your parcel. Simply return items by following these steps:

- Let us know which items you wish to return by reaching out to us at hello@fairmondegolf.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Please use the email address you used for placing your original order.
- Once the return request is approved, we will generate a returns label and send it to your email.
- Package the items you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, eg. the one you received your parcel in. Please attach the return shipping label on the parcel.
- The courier will provide you with proof of return upon collection. Please keep this for your records.
- Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel. Please allow up to 14 days for this to happen. If you don’t receive the email within 14 days, please contact us.
- Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued. Funds can take 5-10 business days to appear in the account of your original payment method.
